Quick Chickpea Curry

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and add the garlic. Fry on a medium heat for a few seconds and then add the chillie. Continue to fry for 30 seconds,stirring. Add the chick peas and curry powder and mix well. Fry for about 5 minutes, adding a little water if too dry. Stir in the coriander and remove from heat.Serve.

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • finely chopped
  • 1 green chillie
  • finely chopped
  • fresh coriander
  • chopped
  • olive Oil for frying
