All tablespoons in this recipe are with big heap!Grind walnuts in blender or just cut it as small as you can. Mix walnuts with oat bran, soy flour, salt and soda.Add 1 cup of water and molasses. Mix well.Form 8 cookies and bake it about 20 minutes (300-350 degrees F)It's very healthy!
