Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

I find this smoothie to be filling anddelicious. It's especially quick ifyou chop the carrot the night before. Just put everything into a blender andwait until smooth. The bananaprovides the perfect amount ofsweetness, and the soy and flaxseedadd protein. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soymilk (I use vanilla soymilk)
  • 1/3 cup frozen berries (any!)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoon extra firm tofu
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 carrot
  • chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy protein powder
