Chocolate Banana Muffins

  1. Make a well in mixture A and pour B and mix well.
  2. Spoon into cup cake tin line with paper cup. Place slices of banana on top.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 30 to 35 mins. Or test with a
  4. toothpick to see if it turn out clean.
  5. Cool .
  6. Mix the glaze ingredients to a thick paste , add more icing if its too watery. Put in piping bag and pipe over muffins.

Ingredients

Ingredients A:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp.full cocoa powder
  • 1 cup  brown sugar


Ingredients B:

  • 30gm butter. melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla

For glazing:

  • 1/2 cup icing sugar, sifted
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
