Blackened Cajun Chicken

- In a bowl, mix the honey, butter and spices together.
- Lightly coat the chicken with mixture.
- Heat skillet on high heat and add the rest of the mixture and let it melt
- Add the chicken.
- cook 10 minutes on each side or until lightly blackened.
- Remove chicken from skillet.
- Serve with rice or salad or anything you want to serve it with.
- Enjoy
