Barbeque Meatloaf

  1. Mix well; make loaf.
  2. Mix barbecue sauce and pour over meatloaf.
  3. Baste occasionally.
  4. Add a little water to sauce after removing the meatloaf.
  5. If sauce is too thick, use leftover sauce to put over meat when you serve it.

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 sm. onionchopped
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 to 1/4 can water
  • Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 can water
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
