- Comment: This is now my very favorite cook book. Delicious, easy to prepare recipes for the whole family, most with "normal" easy to find ingredients. Every recipe includes nutrition information including fat/ fiber/ calories which I need to calculate my weight watcher's points. I highly recommend this one, I am using it several times per week and love it.

- Comment: This is one great book. Being a diabetic I'm always looking for lower calorie recipes, but food that tastes good. This book hits the nail right on the head. I'm looking forward to many enjoyable meals.

- Comment: I was pleasantly surprised by this book. Usually recipes seem to be for gourmet cooks or have ingredients that I don't have in my area but this book has some very good items which I look forward to making. It's also very easy to follow and has many great photos of the finished dish.

- Comment: This is the best cookbook I've seen for planning an interesting menu for those of us watching our weight. I LOVE this book. The layout is setup for several different ways to keep on a diet. Could use a few less testimonials, to be replaced by more recipes but must admit I have read them all.
